Year 4 - Year 6
In Years 4 to 6, our focus is on preparing students for a confident and successful transition to High School—academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Students continue to grow in their understanding of who they are in God’s world, with teaching grounded in a strong Christian worldview.
We use evidence-based, explicit instruction to ensure clarity and consistency in learning. Students benefit from small group teaching, individualised interventions, and the support of education assistants in the classroom. Our curriculum emphasises literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking, while also encouraging independence and self-motivation.
We aim to develop students who are:
-
Resilient and emotionally aware,
-
Self-directed and engaged in their learning,
-
Respectful and compassionate toward others,
-
Responsible and ready for the challenges of secondary education.
